It is understood that the mansion belongs to the artist Lin Qingxia, and the current market value of the mansion has exceeded 1.1 billion Hong Kong dollars.

Lin was not in the house at the time of the incident, but nearly 20 people were evacuated, all of whom were servants in the mansion, and escaped with many dogs.

  According to reports, due to the intense fire at the scene, the fire department raised the fire alarm to level 3 at 1:43 this morning.

There have been no reports of injuries from the fire.

Reinforcements from the Fire High Altitude Rescue Team arrived at the scene at 4 a.m.
