We mourn with his family and all the Japanese people,” Israeli President Yitzhak Herzog tweeted.
Russian President Vladimir Putin earlier also expressed his condolences to the wife and mother of former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, who died in the assassination attempt.
