“Yes, he is in a state of cardiac and pulmonary arrest, but death has not been confirmed,” he said.

According to the agency, the fire department in the Japanese prefecture performs the functions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Earlier it was reported that Abe was assassinated during his street speech during the election campaign in the city of Nara.
