Hundreds of employees in several different companies are affected by the fire in Julahuset at Erikslund.
The fire started in Jula's store, according to police and rescue services, but it is still unclear what caused it.
The ones who have been hit the hardest are Jula, Willys and Frisörstugan.
All three have had their premises in the house completely destroyed.
There are many more companies in the affected property.
It is currently unclear to what extent their premises have been affected.
It can be expected that several stores in the fire-affected house will be closed today, and it is unclear when they will be able to open again, according to Magnus Ljung, communications manager at Jula.
For Jula, which also owns the property through the Group's real estate company, the fire is a serious loss.
More than 25 employees are directly affected, only in the Christmas store.
