“From July 15 this year, the procedure for the entry of foreign citizens into the Russian Federation will practically return to the “pre-pandemic” one: on the basis of valid identity documents and a Russian visa (if necessary),” RIA Novosti reports.

The Foreign Ministry explained that when entering Russia, foreigners still need to present a negative PCR test for coronavirus infection.

Earlier it was reported that Rospotrebnadzor removes the restrictions imposed due to the pandemic, including canceling the mask regime.

At the same time, the department noted that its Russians vaccinated against coronavirus, who did not have COVID-19, upon returning to Russia, would have to fill out a questionnaire on the public services website and take a PCR test.
