Sharjah: Allocating 625 prayer places and mosques to perform Eid al-Adha prayers

The Department of Islamic Affairs in Sharjah announced the allocation of 625 chapels and mosques in the emirate to perform the blessed Eid al-Adha prayer, distributed over the cities and suburbs, as well as a number of chapels and mosques for non-Arabic speakers, including Urdu, Malaybar, Tamil, and English.

The department stressed the need for worshipers to adhere to the precautionary measures, bring a special carpet, wear a mask, apply physical distance between worshipers, avoid gatherings and shake hands in all its forms before and after prayer, with only greetings and congratulations from a distance.

The prayer will be held at 05:51 am in the city of Sharjah and the Hamriyah region, and at 05:50 am in the city of Al Dhaid and the Al Bataeh region, and at 05:51 am in the Madam and Maliha area, and in the Eastern Province at 05:48 am.

On this gracious occasion, the Department extended its warmest congratulations and blessings to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Council The Supreme Ruler of Sharjah, and their brothers, Their Highnesses the Rulers of the Emirates, Crown Princes, Deputy Rulers, Sheikhs, citizens and residents on the occasion of the blessed Eid Al-Adha, asking God Almighty that it be a feast of goodness and blessing for the UAE and the Arab and Islamic nations.
