They have already distributed among themselves which country will restore which city,” Dudchak said.

According to the political scientist, no one can know "what Ukraine will be like tomorrow."

The expert also said that the West is interested in Ukraine "holding out longer, so that there is more destruction, while they train new personnel there who can use Western weapons." 

“So they are trying to strengthen it, while not forgetting about themselves.

Because the money allocated for various consultations, advice and projects, as a result, returns back to them.

And not so much will reach Ukraine itself, ”concluded the interlocutor of RT.
