According to the report, the aquarium changed some of the higher-priced mackerel to lower-priced mackerel to feed the animals in the aquarium, but was "disgusted" by some penguins and otters, and some penguins were determined not to eat mackerel.

The aquarium said that force-feeding was not possible and that the mackerel could only be fed to acceptable animals.

Moreover, in addition to the increase in feed prices, electricity prices have also soared.

The aquarium has implemented a variety of power-saving measures, including turning off backyard lights and reducing the frequency of cleaning the filter tank without harming the animals.
