New figures from Swedish Brokerage Statistics show the decline in Dalarna.
During the same time period, there has been a four percent reduction in condominium prices while house prices have remained stable.
In the last three months, 566 condominiums have been sold in Dalarna, which is 15 percent less than the same period last year.
The number of villas sold was 519, which is a decrease of 7 percent.
Prices have fallen by 22 and three percent, respectively, for condominiums and villas.
