The interest in buying a villa is also decreasing.

In the last three months, 665 villas have been sold in the county, which is twelve percent less than the corresponding period last year.

Marcus Svanberg, CEO of Länsförsäkringar Fastighetsförmedling, says in a press release that bidding on many villas and large apartments is much calmer than a couple of months ago. 


Those who plan to sell their home must now get used to the idea that it may not be worth quite as much as a few months ago.

On the other hand, the home you plan to buy is also likely to be cheaper.

Already in May, brokers noticed some concern among buyers and sellers.
