On Wednesday, the news came that the woman who was stabbed in Almedalen was the chief physician Ing-Marie Wieselgren.

Mikael Köhler believes that she greatly influenced Swedish healthcare.

- I would think that she has meant a lot to highlight the early efforts, that they catch those in need very early.

“Quiet and subdued”

Ing-Marie Wieslegren would have worked in psychiatry at the University Hospital this summer.

Mikael Köhler says that the atmosphere has changed at the regional office, where several have worked close to Ing-Marie Wieselgren.

- It is quiet and subdued here, says Mikael Köhler, director of health and medical care, Uppsala Region.
