The Chechen units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation expect that they will be given the opportunity to finish off the terrorists who escaped from Chechnya in Ukraine, said the head of the Russian region Ramzan Kadyrov.

He also called the liberation of the entire territory of the Lugansk People's Republic "historical and fateful" for the authorities of Lugansk, but stressed that for the Chechens the special operation is still "far from completion."
