“The deputies adopted in the second and third readings amendments to certain legislative acts on issues of providing the armed forces of Russia, other troops, military formations and bodies during counter-terrorism and other operations outside the territory of Russia,” the lower house of parliament said in a statement.

With the introduction of special measures in the economy, legal entities will not be entitled to refuse to conclude contracts for conducting counter-terrorism and other operations of the Russian Armed Forces outside the country.

Also, with the introduction of special measures, the Cabinet of Ministers of Russia will receive the right to temporarily reactivate mobilization capacities and facilities.

The document was submitted to the State Duma on June 30.
