The document amends Decision No. 59 of the Unified Economic Council.

According to the changes, non-residents, business entities registered in Kharkiv, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions can move their goods for export to Russia and third countries through the DPR and LPR, DAN writes.

Goods will be able to pass through checkpoints with Russia and through the seaport of Mariupol.

Earlier, Vladimir Rogov, a member of the main council of the military-civilian administration of the Zaporozhye region, said that grain from the region is sold to North America through third countries, despite the sanctions.
