The Governor of the Bryansk region Alexander Bogomaz said that the Ukrainian side fired artillery at the border village of Nekilitsy in the Sevsky district. There were no casualties.
“Tonight, Ukraine fired artillery at the border village of Nekislitsy, Sevsky district.
As a result of the shelling, there are no damages to vital objects, residential buildings.
There are no victims or injured,” Bogomaz wrote on Telegram.
Emergency services are on site.
