Aida Badeli was 17 years old when the first threats came after she expressed herself politically in public.

- I was so proud to have my name on a debate article in GP, but the consequence was hatred and threats.

"Alone in my vulnerability"

After that, it has only continued in her role in party politics.

For almost four years, Aida Badeli has been a spokesperson for Green Youth, but it was only after two years that she asked for help.

- I was very alone in my vulnerability and felt that I could not bear this myself.

Since then, Aida Badeli has worked to ensure that the parties' youth unions have an action plan for when young politicians are exposed.

And today, Green Youth, for example, provides emotional support and can close accounts on social media when there is a storm.

She thinks it is important to report threats to the police, but feels that she was not taken seriously when she did so.

Have you considered quitting?

- Yes, absolutely, sometimes I wonder if they are worth it, says Aida Badeli.
