Connecting all ADNOC Distribution buildings to the “Hassantak” early warning system

The Public Authority of Civil Defense in the UAE has announced that all buildings belonging to ADNOC Distribution, the leading company in the UAE in the distribution of fuel and the operation of retail stores, have been linked to the “Hassantak” early warning system integrated with the authority, in line with the “Injazat” agreement, a company An Emirati pioneer in the field of digital transformation.


The design of the Hassantuk system, a strategic initiative that brings together the public and private sectors represented by the UAE Ministry of Interior and Injazat, aims to raise the level of efficiency of services related to responding to emergency fire situations and safety alert systems through the development of an advanced smart system that contributes to reducing the time required To respond and enhance the effectiveness of dealing with emergency situations throughout the country, thus reducing the incidence of loss of life and property.


ADNOC Distribution’s Hassantuk system will send alerts to the Civil Defense Command Center in real time in the event of a fire or smoke rise, where the command center will communicate with the facilities management team at ADNOC Distribution to confirm whether the warning signals are true or false so that the management team The utilities, in turn, make sure that these notices are correct and that the alarms are repaired in case they are wrong. In the event of a fire in one of the buildings, the civil defense team will respond immediately.

It is noteworthy that Hassantuk system connects fire alarms from the central control room 24 hours a day in schools, hospitals, residential and commercial buildings, in coordination with the Civil Defense Services Center, with the aim of responding to fires quickly and effectively, which contributes to rapid response and reducing fire hazards.

The system is characterized by advanced engines based on smart systems capable of issuing smart reports in the operations and businesses of the Civil Defense and the Ministry of Interior, and its electronic panels are characterized by their ability to send instant messages that enable building owners to maintain their properties and take the necessary actions.
