a moratorium on contributions from telecom operators to the universal service reserve, preferential loans at a rate of no more than 3% for the purchase of telecom equipment, as well as replenishment of working capital and support for communication infrastructure.

Earlier it was reported that a number of telecom operators in Russia began to charge for new SIM cards.

According to the companies, in this way they are trying to compensate for the increase in the cost of providing communication services.
