The bill introduces a number of changes aimed at improving the legal protection of personal data subjects, as well as strengthening state control in this area.
Earlier, the head of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy, Information Technology and Communications, Alexander Khinshtein, spoke about amendments to the bill on strengthening the protection of personal data, prepared for the second reading of the document.
