The Stockholm restaurant Adam / Albin has been awarded a Michelin star. The restaurant is run by chefs Adam Dahlberg and Albin Wessman, who for six years now has been offering fine dining originating in Nordic cuisine and gives guests a personal experience where they complete the dishes at the table and tell about how the dish was created.
- Such an award attracts people here, both from Sweden but also internationally, so it is very important for Stockholm as a tourist city, says Albin Wessman.
In total, three new Swedish restaurants received their first Michelin star.
Two of the restaurants are in Stockholm, the third in Rydöbruk in Halland.
