It was at 13.10 that the alarm about the fire came in.
The rescue service rumored to the scene and managed to extinguish the fire.
- We have evacuated eight people and no one is injured.
The fire has been extinguished and we are ventilating the apartment, says the rescue service's internal commander Frida Klarin.
Fire earlier in the morning
Earlier on Tuesday morning, it also burned in the same stairwell outside an apartment door.
It is unclear if it is the exact same address.
- The police are alerted to the scene and must investigate this, says Klarin.
After the first fire alarm, the police have drawn up a report regarding arson.
They have conducted a crime scene investigation, but there are currently no suspects.
