The town hall of Grenoble (Isère) recently ordered the removal of tags forming a fresco on the wall of a covered alley in the city center.
The drawings are in fact promoting a point of resale of narcotics located just next door, near Hoche Park.

This promotion of an illegal activity made the municipal team react, who felt "very concerned" by the graffiti and "scandalized" by their appearance in the neighborhood.
