“Approve the attached rules for the implementation of educational activities,” the resolution says.
According to the document, the messages and materials of the organizer of educational activities, recognized in Russia as a foreign agent, must contain the appropriate marking.
Earlier, the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed to stop accepting students for master's programs at departmental universities in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
He stated that the department supports the idea of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education to abandon the Bologna system.
