Democratic Party's Emergency Response Committee has decided not to refer the agenda of former Vice Chairman Park Ji-hyun's run for the August National Convention to the Party Affairs Committee.

According to the party rules of the Democratic Party, in order to have the right to be elected for a party or public office, you must be a member of the Rights Party who joined the party six months before the 1st of this month.

Therefore, in order to challenge the party authority, the non-captain and the party committee must acknowledge that former Chairman Park is subject to the exception clause, but the leadership concluded that they could not find an unavoidable reason to grant an exception.
