According to the music industry on the 3rd, Maroon 5 released the 2022 world tour schedule including Seoul through the official website.
It is their first concert in Korea in 3 years and 9 months.
They are so popular in Korea that they filled the 30,000-seat audience at the performance held at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul in February 2019.

However, Maroon 5 uses the design of the Rising Sun flag in the notice to announce this world tour, and is frowned upon by domestic fans.
The Rising Sun Flag refers to a flag in the shape of a red sun spreading around the red sun pattern of the Japanese flag.
