The government has stated that it will aim for economic growth while trying to solve social issues in the overall concept and implementation plan of "new capitalism" summarized above, and will invest in start-up companies that will be the leaders in five years. Clarified that a plan to increase the number by 10 times will be formulated at the end of the year.

At a press conference, Deputy Chief Cabinet Secretary Kihara said, "Fostering'startups' is a key policy in terms of promoting the growth of the Japanese economy and solving social issues. There is no fixed policy regarding the establishment of a minister in charge. , We will proceed with a policy to clarify the function of the command tower. "
