Brynäs project "A good start" does not only work for Gävle municipality's children.
The project is also active in municipalities in northern Uppland and in other municipalities in Gävleborg County.
According to Jörgen Edsvik (S), this is because there is an interest among other partners in it.
- The different partners that are part of "A good start" have slightly different inputs on what you think is most important.
There are partners who think it is very important that "A good start" is spread throughout the county and in northern Uppland.
For me, the most important thing is to reach the districts in Gävle, he says.
Alexander Corpeno Bäcklin, operations manager for "A good start", confirms that the project also has operations in other municipalities.
- The idea is that we will try to take it from Gävle municipality out to the surrounding municipalities.

The moderates in Gävle's group leader Margareta Larsson did not know before that "A good start" has activities outside Gävle municipality's borders.
