The special forces of the National Guard of Ukraine found documents testifying to the work of the OSCE mission in the interests of the Ukrainian special services.

According to the agency, the documents were found during an inspection of the house of the former head of the SBU department in the Kherson region, General Vyacheslav Savchenko.

The National Guard found documents of the OSCE international monitoring organization in Ukraine, from which it follows that representatives of the foreign mission were located in Kherson and enjoyed the personal patronage of Savchenko.

It is noted that local residents also confirmed the frequent presence of OSCE staff in the house of the ex-head of the Kherson SBU.

“The special forces of the Russian Guard seized a handwritten diagram of the locations of the units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Crimea, in the territories of the Rostov, Smolensk, Belgorod and Voronezh regions.

This once again confirms the conduct by the mission staff of intelligence activities in the interests of the Ukrainian special services, as well as the special services of the NATO countries, ”the National Guard said.

It is noted that the documents found "testify to the long-term and close cooperation of the international organization with the leadership of Ukraine, which went beyond the official framework and declared tasks."

Ambassador of the LPR - about foreign mercenaries in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

LPR Ambassador to Russia Rodion Miroshnik said that the documents found in Severodonetsk and Lisichansk, indicating the presence of mercenaries in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, will be used at the upcoming tribunal.

“The documents found will definitely be evidence.

Evidence for the tribunal, evidence for the UN Security Council, evidence for all kinds of international proceedings, ”RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.

According to Miroshnik, the special services of the LPR and Russia are investigating exactly what functions foreigners performed in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to the ambassador, foreign instructors planned the fortification of Ukrainian troops in Severodonetsk and Lysychansk and set tasks for the units.

“There is a huge amount of ammunition produced by the West, there are instructors who taught how to fight, there were mercenaries who were narrow specialists who came here “on a safari” to kill or show how to do it.

Their participation here, unfortunately, is direct,” Miroshnik concluded.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the retreat from Lisichansk

On July 3, the General Staff of Ukraine confirmed the withdrawal of troops from Lysichansk, located in the Lugansk People's Republic.

“After heavy fighting for Lisichansk, the Ukrainian defense forces were forced to withdraw from their positions and lines,” the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said in a Telegram message.

As noted in the Ukrainian General Staff, Russian troops have a "multiple superiority" in artillery, aviation, multiple launch rocket systems, ammunition and personnel.

The report notes that the continuation of the defense of Lisichansk "would lead to fatal consequences."

The withdrawal of troops was also confirmed by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

In a video message on Telegram, he said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine will return to the region "thanks to tactics and increasing the supply of modern weapons."

It should be noted that earlier the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation announced the liberation of Lisichansk.

Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu on July 3 reported to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the complete liberation of the LPR.
