Two new earthquakes hit Iran

An earthquake measuring 4.3 degrees on the Richter scale was hit in the city of Lincrod in Gilan province, northern Iran, on Sunday evening, the second to hit the country on Sunday evening.

According to the Iranian Geophysics Institute, the earthquake occurred at 6:35:33 local time, according to the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA).

The same source determined the epicenter of the earthquake at the confluence of the north latitude 37.383 and the eastern longitude 50,258 degrees, and at a depth of 8 kilometers from the surface of the earth.

There was no report on the existence of losses caused by the earthquake or not.

The earthquake comes after an earthquake measuring 4 on the Richter scale struck this evening, Sunday, the outskirts of the city of Masiri in southern Iran, which did not result in any losses.

The two earthquakes come after an earthquake in the southern Iranian province of Hormozgan on Saturday morning killed at least five people and injured 84 others.
