The head of the CAA of Melitopol: there are already 10 thousand people in the queue for obtaining Russian citizenship

“We have a lot of applicants, Melitopol residents want to get Russian citizenship, a Russian passport.

Pre-registration has already exceeded 10 thousand people, ”she said. 

The head of the CAA also noted that the authorities hired additional staff to speed up the process of accepting documents. 

On June 11, Kirill Stremousov, deputy head of the military-civilian administration of the Kherson region, said that residents of the region had submitted about 7,000 applications for a Russian passport since the end of May, when the acceptance of documents began.
