Copenhagen police confirmed on social media that several people had been hit and a suspect had been arrested.
According to witnesses at the scene, a large number of people rushed out of the mall after the shooting, and at least one person was carried out of the mall on stretchers.
At present, the police have cordoned off the area near the shopping center, and helicopters are patrolling the air.
