When police arrived on the scene, they were able to establish that a shooting had taken place against a home on Hantverkaregatan in Bjuv.
The site was blocked off.
There is no information on injuries.

Now it remains for us to compile the results from all investigations and go through the examination of witnesses, says police spokesman Kim Hild to SVT Nyheter Helsingborg just before 9 o'clock on Saturday morning.
The incident is classified as attempted murder when several people were in the home when shots were fired at it.
No one has yet been arrested on suspicion of the crime.
Detonation in Billesholm
- We must also investigate whether there is any connection with a detonation that took place in Billesholm just before the shooting in Bjuv, says Kim Hild.
It was shortly after midnight, at 00.50 on Saturday night, that the police received calls from several people who heard a loud bang in Billesholm.
The detonation occurred at a business on Storgatan.
Several people were in the apartment above the room.
Police national bomb squads were sent to the scene and were met by blown windows and damage to a balcony.
- The national bomb squad is on its way to investigate the site and possibly secure evidence, said Jerker Olsson, officer on duty in the South during the night until Saturday.
It is still unclear how the detonation went and what caused it.
No suspected perpetrator has been arrested.
No person should have been injured in connection with the detonation.
A report of gross general destruction has been made.
