“On the eve of the day before, Russian special services prevented a major terrorist attack in Kherson by finding a capacitor blasting machine,” the report says.
Earlier, the deputy head of the military-civilian administration of the Kherson region, Kirill Stremousov, said that an explosion had occurred in Kherson near the pre-trial detention center.
Authorities called the incident a terrorist attack.
