“In Slavyansk, Donetsk People’s Republic, in order to accuse Russia of killing the civilian population of Ukraine, on June 30, 2022, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the territory of the Slavyansk feed mill (Literaturnaya street) carried out artillery shelling of residential areas,” he said.
Mizintsev added that as a result of the shelling, a civilian was killed and about ten more people were injured.
He noted that a few minutes after the shelling, Ukrainian media reporters were working at the scene, filming photos and videos of the consequences of allegedly indiscriminate strikes by the Russian armed forces on the civilian population.
Mizintsev noted that "such a quick arrival of Ukrainian journalists who were 'accidentally' nearby testifies to a pre-staged scenario of this cynical provocation."
Earlier, the Ukrainian military blew up a grain storage facility in Zelenodolsk, Dnepropetrovsk region, in order to accuse the Russian Armed Forces of indiscriminate strikes on civilian infrastructure.
It is noted that Ukrainian and Western media disseminated fabricated materials about the explosion.
