A British free climber has released a video where he climbs Dubai's tallest crane without any equipment and clings to it with one hand.

On the 30th of last month local time, the British Daily Mail reported that Adam Lockwood (21), a free climber from Manchester, climbed a 390m high crane in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

According to reports, Lockwood entered the building disguised as a construction site worker to climb the crane atop the 77-story building.

He moved to the roof of the building, changing his stairs eight times in two hours, trying not to reveal his identity to other workers.

According to the published video, Lockwood is hanging from a crane without wearing any safety equipment.

He releases one of his hands and moves his legs as if turning a bicycle pedal, and sometimes captures the panoramic view of Dubai from the distance.

Lockwood was able to afford to hang his legs upside down on the crane, and then he got off the crane safely.

Lockwood said in the video, "The surface of the crane was covered with oil, so both hands and feet were slippery."

"It was special to climb the tallest crane in Dubai. It was worth the risk of falling. The moment I hung on the crane, it felt surreal, my head was blank and my mind was calm," he added.

"This kind of climbing is something that 99% of the world can't or even try," Lockwood said.
