The 19-year-old girl stabbed by her ex-partner in a park in the Madrid town of Parla has died after remaining in critical condition in the hospital since Thursday, as reported by the Madrid town council, which has condemned the macho aggression.
The 20-year-old assailant is in critical condition after self-harming himself with the same knife in a nearby street and is admitted to the Puerta del Hierro hospital in Majadahonda.
The woman, who went into cardiorespiratory arrest, was transferred by Summa 112 helicopter to the October 12 hospital in Madrid, where she has arrived in a very serious condition.
