The first point of issuing Russian passports was opened in Luhansk

According to RIA Novosti, this was stated by Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the LPR Mikhail Paraskeyev.

“Today, thanks to the well-coordinated work of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LPR and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the first republican point for issuing passports of Russian citizenship has been opened in the city of Luhansk,” he said.

Earlier, the deputy head of the military-civilian administration of the Kherson region, Kirill Stremousov, said that the possibility of obtaining a Russian passport in the region caused a rush among the population.
