If you really need to go to China, you must strictly abide by various epidemic prevention regulations, and make reasonable arrangements for travel based on the entry and exit policies of China and Russia during the epidemic.

From the date of publication of this notice, the following new requirements apply to the application of health codes (or health status declarations) by passengers going to China from Russia:

  1. All passengers from Russia to China must undergo a nucleic acid test on the 2nd and 1st day before boarding (for example, if taking a flight on July 8, they must be tested on July 6 and July 7 respectively) , the two tests must be carried out in two different institutions with legal qualifications in Russia (no longer require centralized testing in Moscow designated institutions), and the interval between the two tests is not less than 24 hours.

If the nucleic acid test results are negative on the 2nd and 1st day before boarding, please upload the following materials:

  1. The first page of the passport or travel document.

  2. Two negative nucleic acid test reports issued on the 2nd and 1st day before boarding.

  3. Air ticket itinerary.

  4. If it is a person who has been diagnosed with new coronary pneumonia or has a positive nucleic acid, in addition to the materials in items 1, 2, and 3 of this article, two negative nucleic acid test reports 14 days before boarding must be provided (the interval between the two tests is more than 1 day. , there are no restrictions on testing institutions, and the time from 14 days is based on the date of the second nucleic acid test).

  Foreign citizens are also required to provide one of the following certification materials: ① a valid diplomatic, official or courtesy, C visa page; ② a valid visa page issued after March 26, 2020 to China; ③ a valid work in China, personal affairs or Reunion class residence permit.

  2. All passengers do not need to undergo rapid nucleic acid or antigen testing at the airport on the day of boarding; Chinese-funded enterprises or project personnel in Russia (including central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, and private enterprises) do not need closed-loop management before boarding, and do not need to issue a corporate isolation certificate.

  3. During the direct flight between China and Russia, passengers can also choose to transit to China via a third country.

Those who transit from a third country to China via Moscow (by direct flight to China) should apply for a health code to the embassy in accordance with the requirements of Article 1 of this notice.

  4. All passengers going to China are requested to strictly abide by the above requirements. In the event of failure to pass the review, delay in boarding, detention, repatriation, etc. due to incorrect personal information, incomplete materials, and untimely submission, the applicant shall bear the consequences.

In the event of concealment of illness or material falsification, the applicant will not be able to obtain the health code and will be held accountable.

  In order to ensure the normal boarding of passengers, the Chinese embassy and consulates in Russia will do their best to speed up the review process. All applicants are requested to wait patiently without urging.
