“Due to the ongoing decrease in the intensity of the epidemiological process, Rospotrebnadzor suspends the previously introduced restrictions, including the mask regime, a ban on catering at night, and a number of other measures,” the ministry said in a statement.

As of June 30, 1,195 people with COVID-19 were hospitalized in Russia per day, previously 1,334. In just 24 hours, 3,106 cases of COVID-19 infection were detected.
