Putin proposed to discuss the work of the defense industry at the operational meeting of the Security Council

“Let's talk about the work of the military-industrial complex,” the head of state said at the beginning of the meeting. 

Putin noted the relevance of this topic, especially against the backdrop of the current situation.

He also offered to make a report to Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Borisov, who oversees this area.

On May 30, Putin discussed foreign policy issues with members of the Russian Security Council.
