“No sanctions, no restrictions will ever change the course of Russia and Belarus towards further rapprochement, integration, building an effective Union State,” she said at the forum of the regions of Russia and Belarus.
Matvienko noted that the joint projects of the two countries provide an opportunity to ensure the implementation of projects in the socio-economic sphere as soon as possible, the purpose of which is to improve the quality of life of citizens.
Earlier, Deputy State Secretary of the Union State Vladimir Amarin said that Russia and Belarus plan to cancel roaming between states by the end of 2022.
