Stockholm's major festival, Lollapalooza, returns to Gärdet, but with its own police station, almost all cases must be handled on site. - It may be one or two percent of those suspected of crimes at the event who will need to be transported to other stations, says Per Edquist, operations manager at Lollapalooza.
