Grushko: Russia continues to work on countermeasures in connection with the situation around Kaliningrad

According to him, the corresponding signal, judging by the public statements made by representatives of the European Commission, has reached the addressee.

“We are also working on a package of retaliatory countermeasures,” Grushko added.

On June 17, the Lithuanian Railways notified the Kaliningrad Railways of stopping the transit of a number of sanctioned goods.

Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said that Russia is determined to resolve the situation with the transport blockade of Kaliningrad by Lithuania.

According to him, Moscow's position is communicated to the state through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
