According to the verdict, the woman's son must have had the opportunity to leave the Kurds' IS camp in Syria where they lived in difficult circumstances, but that she did not want them to be separated.

That is one of the reasons why she is considered to have failed in the care of her son. 

She is suspected of serious crimes in Syria and is also being investigated by Säpo for contact and sympathies with IS in Sweden, according to the administrative court's ruling.
