At 11 o'clock, a man in his 60s is said to have been robbed on his mobile phone and in connection with it exposed to violence.
The man was taken to hospital, but according to the police must have been awake and talkative.
The police have no further information about the man's injury situation.
About an hour later, a man in his 50s was hit.
According to the police, the suspect previously held the man's bank card, but has now forced the code.

Previously convicted
The suspect was arrested at around 1pm near Stortorget.
He is suspected of kidnapping and arbitrary conduct.
