A sordid affair occurred on the evening of the Fête de la Musique in Saint-Brieuc.
Around 3:25 a.m., the police were alerted that a rape had just occurred in the city center.
The victim is a 20-year-old man who had gone out with friends and had spent the evening alone in a bar.
At the exit, he was approached by a group of people who asked him for cigarettes.
The group then moved away, but one of the individuals remained and imposed "rape under the threat of a knife", we learned from the public prosecutor of Saint-Brieuc.

During the incident, however, the victim managed to alert a friend who managed to locate him via Snapchat.
Upon arrival, the alleged assailant managed to flee.

“Heard by the investigation services, he denied the facts”, specifies Nicolas Heitz.
Presented Thursday before the prosecution, the young man was indicted for rape committed under the threat of a weapon and placed in pre-trial detention.
