50% discount on Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority fines, starting today
The Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority announced the start of implementing the decision of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, headed by His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council. The authority stated that the decision includes violations of "illegal operation" during the time period from January 1, 2015 to March 31, 2022, and for a period of three months only, and also includes violations of truck smuggling during the period from January 1, 2019 to March 14, 2022, throughout the period of validity of the violations .
The authority called for expediting the benefit of the Sharjah government's incentives for the Roads and Transport Authority during the discount period, explaining that payment can be made through the website, the smart application, or at the authority's headquarters in Al Azza area, and the authority's branches in the cities of Kalba and Khor Fakkan.
