This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

The department emphasized that now the word is up to Kyiv, which has not yet cleared the Black Sea coast, including port waters.

The Russian Ministry of Defense noted that by withdrawing troops from Zmeinoye, Russia demonstrates that it does not interfere with the efforts of the UN to organize a corridor for the export of agricultural products from Ukraine.

“This decision will not allow Kyiv to speculate on the topic of an impending food crisis, referring to the impossibility of exporting grain due to Russia’s total control of the northwestern part of the Black Sea,” the department added.

Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, in a conversation with UN Secretary General António Guterres, gave him a detailed assessment of the state of affairs in Ukraine, the DPR and LPR, including in the context of the problem of supplying agricultural products and fertilizers to world markets.
