An investigation opened since February in Nice for "kidnapping and forcible confinement, followed by death" gave rise to a major police operation in a bar, at 66 rue de France, on Wednesday evening.

The corpse "was cast in concrete," said the same source.
Firefighters specializing in rescue and clearing operations were called to the scene in the evening to be able to extract it.
Investigating judge continues investigation
Judicial information is now open under the direction of an investigating judge and the prosecution did not wish to give more details, at this stage, on the identity of the victim, nor on those of those arrested.
According to the regional daily, the bar manager is one of the individuals currently being heard by investigators.
The establishment was placed under seal.
