Amarin added that the parties are currently working on some of the nuances.
“The task is as soon as possible, I think that by the end of the year it’s definitely already,” he summed up.
Earlier, the press service of Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko said that Russia and Belarus are canceling fees for incoming roaming calls from April 1 and are working to cancel all roaming extra charges in the near future.
